Lorena Tomás

I started my chemical transformation at the University of Zaragoza and finished the reaction at the University of Bath (UK) as an Erasmus student.
And as Erasmus are like catalysts, I returned there to start a different and more complicated method-my PhD in bioinorganic chemistry that yielded a paper entitled Lorena Tomás Laudo: Doctor of Philosophy published in 2008.

I loved 'the island' so I decided to stay and I started working as an editor at the Royal Society of Chemistry, Cambridge.

But the sun was too tempting and I ended up returning to Spain to work as the scientific communications manager at ICIQ.

I have many different hobbies because I like doing many different things (too many). Travelling is my passion and I'm also very interested in anything that has to do with international cooperation.

I am always willing to learn new things and I hope this new adventure takes me to unexpected places!
